Mikromedas is a data-driven musical project in which compositions are created using data stemming from space, deep space and astrophysical simulation models.
The project is presented under various thematic performance series. Audio(visual) pieces within each series are hereby realized in collaboration with various artists.
With Mikromedas AdS/CFT #001 Series focus is set on the fascinating world of astrophysical black holes. All music and visuals within the performance are generated using data stemming from numerical simulations of astrophysical black holes and regions of strong gravitational fields.
